2sync offers tiered subscription plans designed to scale from individual users to teams. This guide covers pricing, payment options, and account management.

What are the pricing plans?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 2sync offers a 14-day free trial on all plans:

  1. Sign up and choose any plan
  2. Use 2sync with your real workflow for 14 days
  3. You won't be charged until the trial ends
  4. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment options

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal: Available at checkout

From Russia

How do I manage my subscription?

Accessing subscription settings

  1. Go to your 2sync dashboard
  2. Click Subscription in the left sidebar
  3. View your current plan and billing details

Changing plans

Upgrading:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Select a higher plan
  3. Pay the prorated difference
  4. New features activate immediately

Downgrading:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Changes apply at the next billing cycle
  4. You keep current features until then

Monthly vs yearly billing

Monthly: Pay each month, more flexibility.

Yearly: Pay upfront for 12 months, discounted rate.

To switch billing frequency:

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Select your plan with the new billing cycle
  3. Changes apply at renewal

Can I pause my subscription?

2sync does not have a formal pause option. To temporarily stop syncing, cancel your subscription, and your access continues until the current billing period ends. Resubscribe when you're ready to resume.

How do I update billing details?

Editing billing information

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Edit billing details
  3. Update your information:
    • Name
    • Company (optional)
    • Address
    • Country
    • VAT number (for EU)

Adding or changing payment method

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Add or change payment method
  3. Enter new payment details
  4. Save changes

VAT for European customers

If you're in the EU:

  1. Go to billing details
  2. Enter your VAT ID (e.g., DE123456789)
  3. VAT reverse-charge applies if valid
  4. VAT is calculated based on your billing country

How do I download invoices?

Downloading invoices

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Download invoices
  3. Select the invoice
  4. Click Download

Invoices are available for all past payments.

Company invoices

For invoices with company details:

  1. Add your company name in billing details
  2. Include your VAT number if applicable
  3. Download invoices with company information

What if my payment fails?

If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, 2sync retries automatically over the following days and sends you an email notification.

How to fix a failed payment

  1. Go to your 2sync dashboard
  2. Click Subscription in the left sidebar
  3. Click Add or change payment method
  4. Enter a valid credit card or switch to PayPal
  5. Save changes

Once a valid payment method is on file, the next retry will succeed and your automations will resume.

If your subscription was paused

When all retries fail, your subscription is paused and automations stop running. To reactivate:

  1. Update your payment method (steps above)
  2. Resubscribe from the Subscription page
  3. Your automations and configuration are preserved

How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation

  • Automations stop running at period end
  • Your data in Notion and external apps remains
  • Synced connections are preserved
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Deleting your account

To remove your account entirely:

  1. Go to Account settings
  2. Click Remove account and delete data
  3. Confirm deletion

This removes all data, automations, and connections permanently.

What is the refund policy?

During the 14-day free trial

All new subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. Your credit card is required at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

How do billing notifications work?

2sync sends an email at every billing event so you are never caught off guard:

  • Before your trial ends: A reminder email a few days before the first charge
  • When a charge happens: A confirmation email with your invoice attached
  • Before each renewal: A reminder so you can cancel in advance if needed

Forgot to cancel before the trial ended?

If you were charged after your trial expired, you have a 48-hour window to contact support for a full refund. The team will process it promptly.

After the first billing cycle

Once you have an active paid subscription:

  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • 2sync sends a reminder email before each renewal so you can cancel in advance if needed.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support for a review.

Annual plan refunds

Annual plans are billed at a discounted rate. Partial refunds for unused months are not available. If you need more flexibility, consider switching to monthly billing before your next renewal.

Are discounts available?

Student and academic discounts

Current students and academic staff at accredited institutions are eligible for a discount on any plan.

How to get the discount:

  1. Contact support with proof of your student or academic status (enrollment letter, student ID, or academic email)
  2. The team will verify your status and send you a discount code
  3. Apply the code at checkout or on your subscription page

The discount works on both monthly and yearly billing.

NGO/non-profit discounts

Registered non-profit organizations are eligible for a discount:

  1. Contact support with your organization name
  2. Provide verification (registration document, website, or tax-exempt ID)
  3. Receive a discount code to apply at checkout

Applying coupons

  1. Go to checkout or subscription page
  2. Enter coupon code
  3. Click Apply
  4. Discount reflects in total
