How fast are the events being synced? Is it instant, or does it have a delay?

The refresh frequency or the synchronization frequency of an automation in 2sync depends on your subscription plan:

• Solo: 5 minutes
• Premium: 3 minutes
• Pro: 2 minutes

Keep in mind that the higher the plan, the more automations you can have active at the same time, and the maximum sync timeframe will also increase.
