Why is my Todoist sync not working?

If you are experiencing issues with the Todoist template not syncing correctly with 2sync, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Confirm template connection. Ensure the Todoist template in Notion is properly connected to 2sync. Access the template settings (•••) and select Add connections > 2sync.

2. Ensure you have synced the correct template. If you don't want to use our default template, please click on Select pages to share with 2sync when syncing for the first time.

3. Match properties and filters: Verify that the properties and filters within your Todoist template align with those in your main database. Maintaining consistency is crucial for successful synchronization.

4. Check project and section names: Double-check that the names of your Todoist projects and sections in Todoist precisely match those in Notion.
