How to sync parent tasks and sub-tasks on Todoist

You can sync parent tasks and sub-tasks between Notion and Todoist with 2sync, respecting the hierarchy so it is reflected in both tools. Here's how you can do it:

1. Enter your Todoist automation.
2. Scroll down to the Field Mapping section.
3. Ensure your Todoist Parent task (Relation) is synced to Notion's Parent item property.

4. If the field doesn't show, scroll down and click on + Add Field > Parent task (Relation) to add it. Then, choose Parent item in the drop-down menu.

Done! Now, parent tasks and sub-tasks will be synced in 2 ways, and any sub-task you insert will be linked to the parent task of your choice on Notion and Todoist.
