2sync offers tiered subscription plans designed to scale from individual users to teams. This guide covers pricing, payment options, and account management.
What are the pricing plans?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. 2sync offers a 14-day free trial on all plans:
- Sign up and choose any plan
- Use 2sync with your real workflow for 14 days
- You won't be charged until the trial ends
- Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost
What payment methods are accepted?

- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- PayPal: Available at checkout

From Russia
Due to payment processing restrictions, subscriptions from Russia may require alternative arrangements. Contact support for assistance.
How do I manage my subscription?
Accessing subscription settings
- Go to your 2sync dashboard
- Click Subscription in the left sidebar
- View your current plan and billing details
Changing plans
Upgrading:
- Go to Subscription
- Select a higher plan
- Pay the prorated difference
- New features activate immediately
Downgrading:
- Go to Subscription
- Select a lower plan
- Changes apply at the next billing cycle
- You keep current features until then
Monthly vs yearly billing
Monthly: Pay each month, more flexibility.
Yearly: Pay upfront for 12 months, discounted rate.
To switch billing frequency:
- Go to Subscription
- Select your plan with the new billing cycle
- Changes apply at renewal
Can I pause my subscription?
2sync does not have a formal pause option. To temporarily stop syncing, cancel your subscription, and your access continues until the current billing period ends. Resubscribe when you're ready to resume.
How do I update billing details?
Editing billing information
- Go to Subscription
- Click Edit billing details
- Update your information:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Address
- Country
- VAT number (for EU)
Adding or changing payment method
- Go to Subscription
- Click Add or change payment method
- Enter new payment details
- Save changes
VAT for European customers
If you're in the EU:
- Go to billing details
- Enter your VAT ID (e.g., DE123456789)
- VAT reverse-charge applies if valid
- VAT is calculated based on your billing country
How do I download invoices?
Downloading invoices
- Go to Subscription
- Click Download invoices
- Select the invoice
- Click Download
Invoices are available for all past payments.
Company invoices
For invoices with company details:
- Add your company name in billing details
- Include your VAT number if applicable
- Download invoices with company information
How do I cancel my subscription?
How to cancel
- Go to Subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation
- Automations stop running at period end
- Your data in Notion and external apps remains
- Synced connections are preserved
- You can resubscribe anytime
Deleting your account
To remove your account entirely:
- Go to Account settings
- Click Remove account and delete data
- Confirm deletion
This removes all data, automations, and connections permanently.
What is the refund policy?
14-day free trial
All new subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
After the trial
Once the trial ends, your subscription is billed according to your chosen plan and cycle. 2sync sends a reminder email before each renewal so you can cancel in advance if needed. If you're unsatisfied:
- Cancel to stop future charges
- Access continues until the current billing period ends
Partial refunds
Annual plans are billed at a discounted rate, so partial refunds are not available. Consider monthly billing if you need flexibility.

NGO/non-profit discounts
Available for registered non-profits:
- Contact support
- Provide organization verification
- Receive discount code
Applying coupons
- Go to checkout or subscription page
- Enter coupon code
- Click Apply
- Discount reflects in total

Affiliate program
Earn commissions by referring users:
- 30% commission on every referred customer
- Applies to all first-year payments

2sync will retry the payment. If it continues to fail, your subscription may pause until payment is resolved.
Are upcoming integrations included in pricing?
Yes. New integrations are included in existing plans. Solo lets you switch between integrations; Premium and Pro let you run multiple simultaneously.
