2sync

Plans & pricing overview

Compare 2sync plans, features, and billing options

2sync offers three standard plans and custom options for users who need flexibility. All plans include every integration, field mapping, filters, activity logs, and bulk tools. Premium and Pro plans include unlimited synced items; Solo includes up to 3,000. The difference is the number of automations, sync speed, and time window.

An automation is a single sync connection between a Notion database and an external app. For example, syncing Google Calendar with a Notion database counts as 1 automation. Syncing Google Calendar and Todoist with two separate Notion databases counts as 2.

A single automation can sync multiple calendars, lists, or inboxes into the same database. Syncing your Work, Personal, and Team Google Calendars to one Notion database still counts as 1 automation.

Solo is ideal for a single sync, like Google Calendar to Notion.

Premium works well when you sync calendar, tasks, and contacts together.

Pro suits power users aggregating multiple sources, running team setups, or managing complex workflows.

Which plan is right for me?

  • 1 sync (e.g., Google Calendar → Notion) → Solo
  • 2–3 syncs (e.g., calendar + tasks + contacts) → Premium
  • 4+ syncs, team setups, or complex workflows → Pro

Not sure? Start with Solo and upgrade anytime, since upgrades are pro-rated and you only pay the difference.

What is included in every plan?

All plans share the same core feature set:

  • Unlimited synced items on Premium and Pro (Solo: up to 3,000)
  • All integrations (Google, Outlook, Todoist)
  • Two-way and one-way sync
  • Field mapping customization
  • Filters and default values
  • Activity logs
  • Bulk editing tools
  • 14-day free trial

The plan tier only affects the number of active automations, how often syncs run, and how far back in time data is synced.

How does billing work?

2sync supports monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing comes at a discounted rate.

Currencies: USD and EUR.

Upgrading mid-cycle: Upgrades are pro-rated. You pay the difference for the remaining time on your current billing period, and new features activate immediately.

Downgrading: Changes apply at the next billing cycle. You keep your current features until then.

Can I try 2sync before committing?
