Quick diagnostic checklist

Run through these checks before diving into a specific guide:

  1. Is 2sync operational? Check status.2sync.com for outages or scheduled maintenance before troubleshooting your automation.
  2. Is the automation active? Open your dashboard and verify the automation isn't paused, errored, or halted. See Automation statuses for what each badge means.
  3. Are all connections valid? Go to Connections and confirm every connection shows as connected.
  4. Is the item within your time window? Items outside your plan's sync window (past or future) won't sync. Check your time window in automation settings.
  5. Does it match your filters? If you have filters configured, the item must meet all conditions to sync.
  6. Check your Activity Logs: The Activity logs show exactly what 2sync did (or tried to do) in each sync cycle.

  1. Go to app.2sync.com and open a support request
  2. Include the following so we can help quickly:
    • Automation name or ID (visible in your dashboard URL)
    • Error messages or screenshots
