Notion sync that just works. Automatically.

I have been using their Google calendar integration since they were called Notion Automations. Even then, the sync was easy to set up and customize. 2sync brings all my Google Calendar events, including those on a secondary calendar, deep into my Notion workflow with each entry having the same flexibility as any other Notion database or page. Frankly, the whole integration was so smooth and complete, I forgot about 2sync, until I learned about their Google Mail integration. With the 2sync Gmail automation, my mail comes into it's own view right inside my workspace with automatic summary and easy linking to related contacts and tasks. These two Google integrations make Notion a complete AI workspace that works for me. I recommend 2sync as a company to trust with products to count on.

2sync is a fantastic product I use. It makes syncing data between Google and Notion incredibly convenient, almost instantaneous. It's also very easy to configure; anyone can operate it without any professional skills. Aside from being a little pricey, it's great overall.

What can I say - I use Todoist and Notion and I needed a tool to fill the gap. Simo and the 2sync team came to the rescue. While the product works almost flawlessly, there are edge cases that I've stumbled over - as my calendars are synced across multiple time zones and users. And this is where Simo and team have been FANTASTIC - they're absolutely responsive and able to help me resolve issues. At the end of the day my team and I keep our workloads synchronized with this essential tool!

Super simple to set up and very effective for Notion / Google Calendar syncing.

I had my doubts and had been holding back for a while. But after trying it out 2sync has actually been quite great. I opted for Todoist and Notion integration. It syncs fast and reliably. The set up process and its sync dashboard is straightforward and easy to understand. Downsides are the API is still quite limited (this is the restriction on Notion and Todoist part not 2sync) and the price is a too high IMO (2sync subscription cost more than Todoist subscription itself).

Tool I needed to connect Notion with Google. Does it's job. Works. I had a problem with setting up some edge-case problem and got help quickly, and efficiently!

To manage my work tasks, I link the calendar I share with my colleagues to Notion tasks. Being able to sync the calendar and tasks has allowed me to work with less decision-making than ever before, which is great! I'm going to share this with my colleagues and superiors and ask them to consider adopting it within the company.

I was looking for something to sync all my tasks together and in one place in Notion, and 2Sync does it seamlessly with their Todoist integration. I would recommend 2Sync, and am now thinking I may get the calendar integration from 2Sync as well. It is a paid service, but it is worth paying for if like me you want everything in one place, imperative for any good workflow. I also had a question for support they answered me promptly. All in all a great product and service.

The most critical point for managing your to-dos is to handle all tasks from a single place. Some of your tasks are events in your calendar, and manually tracking these is a hassle. This is where 2sync comes to your rescue. It automatically transfers events to Notion for you and updates them bi-directionally. I have been using it with great satisfaction for 3 years.
